Approved NOON retail partners can list NOON products on their own storefront, submit paid customer orders to NOON, and retrieve order and tracking status without holding inventory.

AUTHENTICATION

ONE PRIVATE KEY PER RETAILER.

Send the production key in the Authorization header. Never expose it in browser JavaScript, public source code, mobile apps, or client-side environment variables.

Keys are shown only when issued. NOON stores a one-way hash, so a lost key must be rotated rather than recovered.

Compromised keys can be revoked without affecting another retailer.

CATALOG

GET /API/RETAIL/V1/CATALOG

Returns approved products, sizes, NOON direct pricing, your partner cost, your per-shirt margin, media, and availability.

Default program economics: men $69.69 direct / $49.69 partner cost; women $59.59 direct / $39.59 partner cost.

The partner catalog is the pricing source of truth. Do not hard-code partner prices permanently in your integration.

ORDERS

POST /API/RETAIL/V1/ORDERS

Submit a customer order after your storefront has accepted payment. NOON deducts the partner cost from your funded retail balance and sends the order into NOON fulfillment.

Always send a stable Idempotency-Key. Retrying the same request with the same key will not debit the account twice.

V1 fulfillment is U.S.-only until NOON explicitly enables additional shipping regions.

An order is accepted only when the retailer account is active, API-enabled, and sufficiently funded.

STATUS

Use the NOON order ID returned at creation to retrieve fulfillment and shipment state.

RULES

PRODUCTION SAFETY.

NOON validates product, size, quantity, account status, partner pricing, balance, shipping address, and idempotency server-side. Client-provided prices are never trusted.

01KEYS

Keep API keys server-side and rotate them immediately if exposed.

02PAYMENT

Your store remains responsible for collecting payment from its customer before submitting fulfillment.

03BALANCE

NOON reserves partner funds atomically before supplier fulfillment can begin.
