SIMPLE TERMS.
NO SURPRISES.

Orders are accepted now and move to fulfillment after successful payment.

Delivery time begins after an order ships and may vary by destination and carrier.

Tracking is provided when available. Production, handling, and carrier timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

NOON made-for-order purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for sizing, fit, preference, or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact NOON promptly using the support contact shown on your receipt or order confirmation so the issue can be reviewed.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

NOON uses order and contact information to process payments, fulfill purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and operate the creator program.

Payments are securely processed through Square. Creator commissions are tracked by NOON for manual payout. Fulfillment information may be shared with production and shipping providers only as needed to complete an order.

NOON does not sell customer personal information.

By placing an order, you confirm your selections are correct and agree to the posted price, fulfillment and shipping terms, and final-sale policy.

Prices, availability, creator discounts, and product details may change before a new order is placed. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases.

NOON may cancel and refund an order if payment, fraud, inventory, fulfillment, or compliance issues prevent the order from being completed.

Use the NOON support contact shown on your Square receipt or order confirmation and include your order details.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
